The whole Conner and Cordy thing which was part of the larger Jasmine thing is probably my least favorite Angel storyline. The last season of Angel, on the other hand, is my favorite season.

Jasmine took over Cordy's body, so all the evil stuff Cordy was doing in season 4 was really Jasmine. Eventually Jasmine gave birth to herself, leaving Cordy in a coma. Then Jasmine proceded to use her mass-hypnosis "make everyone love and obey me" powers to... well, hypnotize everyone into loving and obeying her. But if a person got Jasmine's blood in their system, her spell on that person would be broken, and instead of Jasmine Godess of Love and Peace, they would see the real her, which looked like a rotting corpse covered in maggots. Fred accidently frees herself from the spell, and she then helps free Angel. Then they work to free the rest of the Angel Friends. When they free Conner though, he calls Jasmine's flunkies on them, and it turns out her spell never worked on Conner and he was following her because he was happy just to have someone love him.

Then they figure out that Jasmine's true name will break her spell completely, so Angel goes on a wacky adventure to some giant-bug-creature dimension and ends up revealing Jasmine's true name in front of the TV cameras, so all of LA starts rioting because they're all a bit crazy after being under Miss Maggot-Face's control. Jasmine then beats up Angel a bit, then Conner punches a hole in Jasmine's head and runs off to go be angsty and insane by himself.

Wow, that turned out much longer than I meant it to be. Also, I am a huge nerd.
